Usage and add-ons

Core authentication stays simple. The public add-ons are limited to the places where pricing naturally follows customer value: scale, enterprise SSO, and billing volume.

Enterprise SSO connection

One active SAML or OIDC customer connection.

Email is included with fair use

Verification, password reset, magic link, and email OTP delivery are included for normal authentication usage. Abuse, bulk messaging, or unusually high delivery volume may need a custom sender or custom terms.

SMS and WhatsApp are usage-based

SMS and WhatsApp OTP costs vary by provider, country, and abuse profile, so production usage is billed separately instead of being hidden inside the base plan.

Test and Live instances stay isolated. Enterprise SSO, SCIM, dedicated deployment, and advanced compliance terms are enabled only after review.
